Return policy

We hope you like what you ordered! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new condition. Please note that shipping costs must be the customer's responsibility unless the original products are defective.
 
Return procedure
  • Step 1: Please contact customer service indicating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. If there are any quality issues, please provide images of said items.
  • Step 2: Please return your item(s) by mail according to our service team's return instructions.
  • Step 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse receives your item(s) and approves your request, the corresponding refund will be issued according to your communication with our service team on the payment account or credit card. original credit.
Return conditions
  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item is in good condition, unused, unwashed and contains all its parts with their original labels/packaging.
  • Free gifts must be in good condition, unused, uninterrupted and returned immediately
  • We will not accept returned items that you sent directly without contacting us first.
  • Free gifts must be returned together, otherwise they may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Swimwear, lingerie, water bottles, hair accessories, socks and masks cannot be returned for health reasons
  • Initial shipping charges and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
Note: The conditions below are not quality problems:
  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, feel and color differences due to differences in monitor displays are not quality issues.
  • Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color and changes in personal preferences are not quality issues.
  • Damage due to use, washing, maintenance, improper maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors are not quality problems.
  • Defective products that were clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality problems and are not accepted for returns.
  • Please refer to our size chart for the final decision regarding your purchase, as our service team can only offer you our recommendations. Returns due to size issues do not constitute quality issues.
    Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items of the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.
